Changing the Owner of a Plan

1.     First make sure the desired new owner has been added as a Plan Category Admin.
2.     Click on the plan and hit "Edit Action Plan."
3.     A popup box will appear. 
4.     Go to "Owner" and use the drop down arrow to choose a new owner. 
5.     Hit "Save."
6.     A popup box will ask if you want assigned items in the plan to belong to the new owner.
7.     For the new owner to own all the items in a plan as well, such as observations, click "Yes." Otherwise, click "No."
