Adding Comments
1. Select a template or individual’s plan.2. Click “View Action Plan Details” on the upper toolbar.
3. Select the To-Do Item to add a comment to.
4. On the right side of the screen, open the box that says “Comments/Attachments.”
5. In the box, click “Add Comment.”
6. A popup box will appear.
7. Type in the comment and click “Save.”
Adding Attachments
1. Select a template or individual’s plan.2. Click “View Action Plan Details” on the upper toolbar.
1. 3. Select the To-Do Item on the plan to add an attachment to.
3. On the right side of the screen, open the box that says “Comments/Attachments.”
4. In the box, click “Add Attachment.”
5. A popup box will appear.
6. Hit “Browse” to search your files and select the one to upload.
7. Enter a description and hit “Upload.” The document will be uploaded and attached to the specified To-Do Item.
